Role Involves: Measuring variations / Additional works / Pricing up / Record keeping and proving changes / Valuations / Regular liaison with main contractors QS and PM.
The Company. A consultancy who are overseeing / managing multiple contracts in the high spec new build and cut & carve sectors, involving Shell and Core aspects doing the commercial, programming & technical aspects. Package values range from £0.5m to £6m. Excellent potential to grow with a company who have very experienced management to work with.
The Project.
Commercial venture. Site based role that involves:
Measuring variations / Additional works / Pricing up / Record keeping and proving changes / Valuations / Regular liaison with main contractors QS and PM. Initially 8 months programme. Works have been measured on an itemised schedule so you would need to be able to understand changes, pick up variations, raise RFIs and basically stay on top of commercial aspects of the job.
There will be a lot of additional works, changes, variations etc. Good record keeping is essential.
