Based in: Marlborough, Wiltshire

Salary: £400 - £440 per shift, CIS or PAYE

Project Manager with experience in Civils, Basements, Groundworks & RC. New build superior quality residential project near Marlborough. £400- £440 CIS or PAYE. Prime residential development. To work on a superior residential project for a quality contractor. Involves new, refurbishment and alterations to current property. Civil Engineering background, with 4-5 years relevant experience in substantial below ground construction projects. Project just live with 18 months plus programme.

Project Manager.

  • The company is seeing considerable growth in their core areas and is seeking to invest in quality people to help them grow. Experience in both pre-construction and construction related areas will be relevant. The company, with a growing turnover of £25m+, has strong family values with integrity and client involvement both at the forefront of their operations.

Project Manager.

  • An enthusiastic person who will be involved in a site-based capacity on this large private house. You will be leading the site team taking responsibility for the programming, variations, implication of delays, and contract associated paperwork.
  • Your role will involve pre-construction work as well as live project management duties.
  • Good commercial grasp and understanding.

The Company.

  • A contractor trusted by their clients to deliver high quality finishes on complex and challenging schemes. Working closely with the Design team, Engineers and Architects. The contractor is recognised for having high quality projects. Primarily in the private sector, some commercial schemes. Over 20 years experience in providing outstanding solutions to complex projects.

Remuneration and benefits.

  • This is offered as a self-employed position, though a permanent option may be available. The day rate of £400 - £440 is negotiable based on your relevant experience.

About you.

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 4-5 years relevant experience in Basements, Groundworks, RC, or Civil Engineering. Confident in dealing with clients, contractors, and the site team with a good command of oral and written English, plus good commercial and IT skills. Proof of qualifications and recent work references will be required. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and wants to be associated with a strong and growing contractor.
