Project Manager, civil engineer, with experience in RC, Civils, Basements & Groundworks. New build superior quality residential project near Marlborough. £500 - £550 CIS or PAYE.

Prime residential development. To work on a superior residential project for a quality contractor. Involves large scale bespoke RC works, new build, refurbishment and substantial structural alterations to current property. Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with 5-7 years relevant experience in substantial RC and below ground construction projects. 12 months + programme. Further projects in the pipeline.

Project Manager.

  • The company is seeing considerable growth in their core areas and is seeking to invest in quality people to help them grow. Experience in both pre-construction and construction related areas will be relevant.
  • Degree qualified, SMSTS, Black card CSCS, Temporary Works qualifications, all needed.

Project Manager.

  • An enthusiastic person who will be involved in a site-based capacity on this large private house. You will be leading the site team taking responsibility for the programming, variations, implication of delays, and contract associated paperwork.
  • Client and design team interaction will be a considerable element.
  • Your role will involve pre-construction work as well as live project management duties.
  • Good commercial grasp and understanding of Temporary Works is essential.

The Company.

  • A contractor trusted by their clients to deliver high quality finishes on complex and challenging schemes. Working closely with the Design team, Engineers and Architects. The contractor is recognised for having high quality projects. Primarily in the private sector, some commercial schemes. Over 20 years experience in providing outstanding solutions to complex projects.

Remuneration and benefits.

  • Day rate of £500 - £550 CIS is negotiable based on your relevant experience.

About you.

  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with a minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience in RC, Basements, Groundworks, or Civil Engineering.
  • Confident in dealing with clients, contractors, and the site team with a good command of oral and written English, plus good commercial and IT skills.
  • Proof of qualifications and recent work references will be required. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and wants to be associated with a strong and growing contractor.
  • Must have worked for good RC frame contractors for long periods.
