Estimator. Junior with 2-3 years current experienced in pricing jobs in Dry Lining, Dry Walling and External Rendering, to work for a specialist contractor near Dartford. Permanent position. Not suitable for a trainee with no relevant experience
To work on Residential, Commercial and Educational projects on schemes from £100k to £2.5m. Taking the jobs from initial enquiry through to starting on site.
Experience must be in this sector, with a minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience to allow you to work in a stand alone capacity, whilst reporting to a Senior Estimator. Hands on experience at an earlier stage of your career, a Quantity Surveying background or an “out and out” Estimating background will all be equally acceptable.
Qualifications are not essential, however you must be able to use Estimating packages and have a sound Commercial approach to your work. Your work history must demonstrate substantial Dry Lining and External Rendering experience as a main focus and references will be required to support your application.
The Company is a well established Dry Lining and External Rendering contractor recruiting an additional Junior Estimator on a permanent basis to strengthen their team and you will be based at their Head office with site visits as required. A sound forward order book and substantial enquiries will make this a busy role.
Your Salary will reflect your ability and expertise and will be in the £30,000 region with a negotiable package to suit your requirements.
