Quantity Surveyor, Junior for Retail Fit Out, nationwide travel opportunities.
Expanding Commercial Fit Out contractor working in the Retail sector is now seeking to employ a Degree qualified Quantity surveyor with 1-2 years post qualification experience in the Fit Out market.
Based in North London you will be working from Head Office with a requirement to visit sites on a regular basis. The sites are located nationwide.
Project duration is typically 6-12 weeks on site with project values from £500 to £500,000.
Your Role will involve taking projects from inception to completion. Estimating skills will be an advantage in order to win the work with your Quantity Surveying experience utilised in taking the projects through to Final accounts.
Qualified to Degree level in Quantity Surveying you will also have good IT skills and strong written and oral communication levels. You must be used to the fast pace associated with retail fit out schemes.
The Company has a very strong presence in the Retail Fit Out sector and applicants who have 1-2 years experience working on High street Retail stores, alternatively food retailers such as Tesco, Sainsbury, Asda, Waitrose or Morrison would be ideal.
Salary range from £25,000 to £30,000 with car or allowance available. A current driving licence will be a necessity as there will be considerable travel required to visit work in progress on sites.
