Site Manager with substantial build experience in extending live retail stores. These are high quality premises in quality shopping areas. The work will mainly be in London and the south-east.
A successful contractor is expanding their portfolio and requires an energetic and personable Site Manager to further develop this area of high quality retail outlets that are increasing their retail floor space in line with their increased sales.
You will already have a cv that shows you are capable of producing quality products on time and within budget. Able to deal with clients, local Authorities and sub contractors alike, you will be a positive character with a desire to succeed and achieve positive results and repeat business.
A Trades or Management background will be equally suitable; whilst you will probably have 4-7 years experience of running projects to have enough experience to work in a stand alone capacity. The projects will be in the £250k to £750k region, so you must have worked on similar types of development in a commercial field.
Salary is negotiable, and will reflect your ability; £45-50k region.
