Senior Project Manager for Design & Build residential city scheme. £35m new build 28 floor multi-storey RC frame, to work for the main contractor.
New build Project currently in early Design stages.
Requirement. A Senior Project Manager who understands the design process and the procedures required in working with the Architects, Engineers, Consultants and other interested parties.
The Project is a Residential Design & Build scheme of some 28 floors of RC frame.
A Degree qualified Civil Engineer with some 10-15 years post qualification UK experience working for a main contractor or substantial RC frame contractor. You must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the process of taking a Design through the early stages, then on to site and to completion.
Located in central London, you will need to have relevant local experience. Additionally very strong Commercial Management skills, allied with a high degree of Programming aptitude is essential
Salary will be negotiable based on experience. A permanent position is offered. You must be fully IT literate with good written and oral skills.
