The Role:
A strong Construction Manager for an imminent start on phase 2 of a major development. A new Permanent position to reflect the Company’s expansion plans.
Location:
South-east London in the Lewisham area, you must live within a 1 hour radius.
The Project
This phase consists of the following:
- £145 million pound build costs
- 180 houses valued at approx £1 million pounds each
- 500 apartment's mainly private specification
- 190 of the apartments will be extra care units
- Section 38 works
- Section 278 works
- Section 104 works
- Demolition of the existing properties on this phase
The successful candidate will need to have experience & be strong in the following areas:
- Section 38 works
- Section 278 works
- Section 104 works
- Demolition
- RC Frame (Houses & Apartments)
- High specification works
- Programming (Asta Power project)
- Computer literate
- Health & Safety
Qualifications:
Whilst a Degree in Construction Management or similar would be suitable, the main requirement is to have experience working for one of the major players in similar sized projects in the UK, preferably London based. A Professional or Trade career path will be equally acceptable and you are likely to have at least 10 years site experience to be able to fulfill this role.

Remuneration:
Salary: £50,000
Car Allowance: £5,000
