Civil Engineer required for short contract on a new project in the Hampstead area.
The work involves minor civils operations, including drainage and the installation of waterproofing to raised and sunken features. Some minor carriageway work, soft and hard landscaping will also be carried out.
You must be capable of using modern survey equipment, be able to organise and co-ordinate a small labour force and organise call off and delivery of materials in the Project Manager’s absence. You must be capable of clear oral and written communication. Basic IT skills are needed.
The Contractor’s requirements are that the applicant has:
- CSCS ~ essential
- SMSTS ideal
- First Aid optional
- NRSWA supervisor’s certificate ~ ideal
The project duration is 4 - 6 weeks.

Hourly rate of £15-16 neg. Site hours are 0800 -1700 Monday to Friday.
