Project Engineer for Design & Build residential city scheme. £9m new build 8 floor multi-storey RC frame building, to work for the main sub-contractor.

New build Project currently in early construction stages; enabling works have started to include:

· Hoarding

· Pile probing

· Service disconnections

· Guide wall

· Secant piled wall

· Bulk excavation and temp works.

Requirement. A competent Project Engineer who understands the complexities of working on a City site with confined access and egress, from a practical point of view and the design process and the procedures required in working with the Architects, Engineers, Consultants and other interested parties from a contractual standpoint.

The Project is a Residential Design & Build scheme of some 8 floors of RC frame.

A Degree qualified Civil Engineer with some 5-7 years post qualification UK experience working for a main contractor or substantial RC frame contractor. You must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the process of taking a Design through the early stages, then on to site and to completion.

Located in central London, you will need to have relevant local UK experience. Additionally very strong Technical and Management skills, also a good Programming ability on a weekly basis, with good written and oral communication aptitude.

Salary will be negotiable based on experience. A permanent position is offered.
